Locked In - Season Two, Episode 4
While trapped in a conscious state but unable to speak or move (everyone believes she is in a coma), the lead character is telepathically assaulted by a man who is acting as a caregiver. To be clear, he does not assault her physically, but does invade her mind and her memories, and the act is a strong metaphor for sexual assault.

The episode is considerably darker than our usual fare.
